BACK ORDERS
Occasionally back orders do occur; these items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. Orders paid by credit card will be charged only when back order merchandize has been received and your order is ready to ship.
SHIPPING
All merchandize is shipped standard UPS Ground. Please be sure and provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Your order can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd or 3rd Day Air or Saturday delivery, per your request but at a higher rate.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within two weeks (14 days) of purchase date accompanied with your sales receipt, less any shipping costs. Product must be returned in “like new condition”, clean with no horse hair or dirt. After two weeks from date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Custom Orders (Overlays, Custom Colors, Special Sizes, Special Orders, Made-To-Order) are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. Your satisfaction is Shadowtree’s priority and we will make every effort to work with you on size, fit and selections.
SADDLES
Rocking R Saddles are not ordered per customer. A saddle fit will occur at time of saddle delivery, which will be from Shadowtree inventory. A saddle fit/delivery charge will be added to the cost of the saddle. The base price for this service is $50.00 plus travel time and mileage, which will be determined when delivery is scheduled. This cost is not refundable for any reason.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Unsure what to get for that special person on their birthday or anniversary? Why not let them make their own selection. Shadowtree will forward you the certificate to pass on or send directly, at your request. Great Idea.
PURCHASING POWER
Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Money Orders, Gift Certificates (from Shadowtree) or personal checks are also accepted. Merchandize will be held until your personal check has cleared the bank, which may result in a delay of up to 10 business days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the seller, Shadowtree, be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, or for damages in the nature of penalties. Seller is a distributor of products manufactured and warranted by others. The goods sold are furnished “as is” by the seller and are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty. Seller makes no warranty, express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose. Equines are unpredictable creatures, and it is therefore the responsibility of the owner to assess fitness and suitability of a product for his or her own horse.
